E.O.E is back in New Orleans to stay!
E.O.E has been creating a big buzz over the last year in the Big Easy and across the country with their creative mix of NOLA style funk, hip hop and world music. The all-star cast of New Orleans musicians made waves with a Congo Square Stage appearance at the 2009 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, and rounded out the spring with performances @ French Quarter Festival (broadcast live on WWOZ 90.7 FM), Bayou Boogaloo, and a 12 day tour of the US Virgin Islands. E.O.E is hitting the NW in July for a number of concert series and festival appearances. While spreading their mantra "Unity Through Diversity" they will continue winning over audiences with their exciting musicianship and diverse songwriting. The band has covered over 80,000 miles touring since they embarked on their first outing the weekend hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, and received 4 Best of New Orleans Awards in 2008 including Best Live Show and Best Hip Hop Act.
